About Me

I created this blog for the sole purpose of showing my work and ideas. I've always been shy about showing my work to people, mainly because it never felt finished. But being that I want to eventually publish my work, I need to put myself out there. Even if it's just in a small, personal blog like this one. It's a fresh new start for me, and I want to not only show my skills but also share my journey. Blogs have always interested me, and I've always wanted to have one. I've started out on my Tumblr blog, mostly with my own personal enjoyment.

This time, I plan to make a more organized approach.

Those that enjoy reading would find a place here. Especially those that have the same aspirations or enjoyment for the written word. I'm by no means a professional. I'm an amateur at best, but that's why I am constantly writing down my ideas.

I've always wanted to become an author since I was a child. It's one of those goals that has never changed. It was always something that I was better at than anything else. I could write for hours and never get tired of it. It was the place that I felt at peace. When I was anxious, it was the one thing that would calm me down. My imagination was the one thing that I cherished (and still do). It is more than just a hobby for me. It's a part of my life that I hope I never forget.

I recently turned 20 years old, and I've been living on my own with my fiance for about a year. I have a large family with lots of aunts, uncles, and grandparents. Some of my inspiration comes from the love of my family.

My fiance and I don't necessarily live alone since we have two dogs along with us. They're like our children and are definitely spoiled rotten. The two of us have been together since Sophomore year of high school and were engaged the night of our graduation. We both love our families and work together at the same place.

Although we have different aspirations in life, we both care about each other and are extremely encouraging.

We both share the same interests and sense of humor. Some of which including our love for video games and anime. 

One of my biggest inspirations comes from music, movies, or my favorite animes. It's some of the things that not only my fiance and I have in common, but most of our friends as well. You'll find that I incorporate a lot of that into my writing.

If you enjoy similar things like me, I will be making posts about that from time to time as well. This blog is mainly for me to open up and share my life, even those that aren't completely about writing. But some will find that a lot of my ideas come from experiences in my life, as well as my own imagination. And I hope that others can find some inspiration in my words that I share with you.
